The first part of this year has been happily filled with several mini vacations. February found us in Destin, Florida. Of course this was the ONE week they had a bit of cloudy & chilly weather (but still warmer than Ohio)!

How great is it to sink your feet in the sand knowing that it's freezing back home?!

 Next stop on our journey was New Orleans,
just in time for Mardi Gras.

 The parades were a colorful sight to see & 

the overall experience was one we'll never forget.

The month of May brought us back to Florida, this time Palm Coast, for a fabulous family wedding on the beach.

One cannot make a trip to central Florida without taking time out 

for the magic of Walt Disney World.

  First stop, mini-reunion at the Walt Disney Casting building

 Luckily, we arrived in time to enjoy
 Epcot's 19th Flower & Garden Festival

No trip would be complete without a pair of ears

Main St. Electric Light Parade

 After kicking off Star Wars Weekend
 at Hollywood Studios,"Darth Mickey"
heads home following a week of sun & fun
