Great Alternative Uses for Aspirin 

   

We know it as a fever-reducer, an anti-inflammatory and as a part of heart-attack prevention measure, but did you know aspirin can help around the house too? Here’s how:

 

1. Banish Perspiration Stains: Combine two crushed tablets and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl. Soak shirt for three hours, then wash as usual.

2. Clean Soap Scum: Make a paste with water and apply to tiles. Wipe with a damp sponge.

3. Protect a Garden: Dissolve a tablet in a quart of water; use to treat soil and help plants resist disease.
